Course - Staying on top of your projects

Ask any project manager are you on top of your project and of course the answer is yes.

Having run many projects however I know that in most cases things do not go to plan and there are times where we are not "on top" of our projects.

I did have an encounter on linkedIn where I was informed "I don’t struggle. My organisation doesn’t struggle either." and that is amazing. I think in this case my question was not well understood and this person wanted to be rid of me the same way people want be rid of a fly near their food.

In reality many organisations do struggle with successful project delivery and the key difference between success and failure often sits squarly on the project manager's shoulders.

Your communication and ability to bring your clients / stakeholders on the journey with you can often be the difference between completing a project and having the client champion the delivery.
